Service Availability

We currently offer local delivery services in select areas. You will be informed of delivery availability based on your entered PIN code or location at checkout.

Delivery Timings

Tiffin orders are delivered daily as per the chosen meal plan:

• Lunch Delivery: Between 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM

• Dinner Delivery (if applicable): Between 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during these windows.

Delivery Days

Our service operates Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays, unless stated otherwise in advance.

Same-Day Delivery Policy

• For Same-Day Lunch Orders: Orders must be placed before 9:00 AM.

• For Same-Day Dinner Orders: Orders must be placed before 4:00 PM.

• Orders received after cutoff time will be processed for the next available day.

Delivery Charges

• We offer free delivery in selected service areas.

• Some zones may have a nominal delivery charge, which will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Address & Delivery Instructions

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide complete and accurate delivery information. Any special delivery instructions should be mentioned while placing the order.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address

• Unavailability of the recipient

• Restricted access to the delivery location

Packaging & Hygiene

Your tiffins are packed in leak-proof, food-grade containers. Our kitchen and delivery practices follow strict hygiene and safety standards.

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
